This is how we’ll transform your leadership together

  • We’ll book a free 30 minute call to see if our services are right for you. If we’re a good fit we will make things official.

  • You’ll fill out a questionnaire about our work together and we’ll schedule a call so I can learn more about your leadership challenges and goals.

  • In order to design an adaptive leadership experience that is just right for you and your team I will gather some data (e.g. 360 assessment or staff interviews).

  • I will use the data and research to create a customized high-quality adaptive leadership experience for you and/or your team.

  • Once the first draft is ready I’ll share it with you and also prepare a short presentation to explain the “why” behind the leadership development strategy and experience. We’ll have two rounds to lock in our final approach before I poiish your presentations and any consumables. Then the learning begins!

  • I will lead you or your team through a learning experience(s) that achieves the goals we set together. Experiences  are interactive and draw on the science of learning of development to ensure a meaningful impact.

  • I will provide follow up and implementation support depending on our goals and how we set up the engagement. A follow up may be as simple as a team reflection meeting, or it may be ongoing follow up on a particular challenge of implementation.Item description
